Job
Responsibilities:
- Follow up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain relationships to build knowledge of needs and opportunities.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements via the Internet and/or sources.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
Job
Qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting professionals in the aviation industry.
- Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques.
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools.
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of background screening process.
Minimum Education and
Experience:
- 6 months
recruiting experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources AND/OR relevant experience in a similar recruiting role.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
