Summary:
The Business Change Management Manager is responsible for managing a team centered on providing guidance and leading the organization with business change management practices.
This team helps to identify and develop business systems users to provide training programs and platforms to.
A key function of the BCM Manager is to focus heavily on activities outside tactical projects to ensure the business is prepared for transformational change.
Other job responsibilities include:
Lead the advancement of the Woodgrain User Community through a progressive user development program.
Partner with IT and users to establish, maintain, and catalog technical user guides, reference materials, and trainings.
Provide coaching to managers and supervisors on change management and user adoption.
Support the organizational design and definition of business partner roles and responsibilities.
Partner with HR to advance and develop an e-Learning program/platform (LMS).
Collaborate with Service Level Agreement issues within IT to assist in the resolution process and the overall Request/Incident Management platform.
Facilitate efficient issues resolution processes, documentation, and user develop in coordination with the Service Desk and Site Administrators.
Partner with Project Management on Post-Implementation Stabilization Support.
Create deliverables for the five change management levers:
(1) Communication Plan, (2) Sponsor Roadmap, (3) Coaching Plan, (4) Training Plan, (5) Resistance Management Plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical areas such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field (IT, Change Management, etc.
) Change Management certification or designation highly desired Broad scope and understanding of various business functional areas and the impact the system data that is generate as on the work Previous role in which change management initiatives and promoting partnership with IT/Business units were a primary responsibility Additional Skills:
Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex, cross-functional requirements and challenges.
Strong understanding of project implementation methodologies.
Ability to work efficiently with team members from different geographical locations and expertise backgrounds.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Additional languages preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
