IT Support Specialist

OverviewnnAs an IT Support Specialist, you'll provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, both software and network.
You'll run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, determine and implement solutions, and communicate clearly and effectively with non-technical end users.

nRespond to helpdesk tickets via email or phone if necessary.
nTrain computer and tablet users.
nMaintain daily performance of computer and/or tablet systems.
nInvestigate error messages and determine resolutions.
nWalk customers through the problem-solving process.
nInstall, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
nClean up computers and/or tablets.
nRun diagnostic programs with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
nInstall computer peripherals for users.
nFollow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
nGain feedback from customers about computer usage.
nRun reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

nExpertise with Microsoft Office365, Azure, and Windows, email support, and Networking (wire and wireless).
nProven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
nMust be detail-oriented, show organizational skills, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks.
