Project Accountant - Multi-Family
Larson Capital Management, LLC, is seeking a dynamic Project Accounting Professional to perform daily reporting functions for multi-family complexes.
The Project Accountant, Multi-Family, is primarily responsible to be the first point of contact for the LCM accounting department with the company's partners and for the development and coordination of the multi-property accounting transactions transfers into the LCM accounting system.
This position works closely with the Property Managers and other accounting personnel.

The Project Accountant, Multi-Family is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements packages for several entities and owners with various deadlines throughout the month.
This position also is responsible for the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
Incorporating company partners accounting into the LCM accounting system.
Point person in finance department for Partner financial activities.
Develop draw review and approval.
Developer and title company liaison with title company with ownership.
Development of equipment tracking and monitoring.
Debt service administration.
Coordinate and record the improvement draws and financial activity.
Coordinate with third party managers, and act as liaison with property ownership.
Record the monthly operating activity onto ownership financial in the Yardi accounting system.
Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packages to lenders and senior management.
Perform the closing of the monthly books.
Activities may include journal entries, various analysis reports and completion of monthly reporting.
Bank reconciliations.
Compile cash projections and owner distributions.
Compile budget packages for Regional Managers.
Compile tax packages for tax accountants.
File business tax licenses for properties.
File 571-L/571-R personal property returns for properties.
