They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) to join their perioperative services staff.

With 14 state-of-the-art operating rooms, and four intensive care unit rooms, this facility is designed to provide a comforting and innovative experience centered around our patients' well-being.
As an RNFA at this system, you will work alongside renowned surgeons, providing direct patient care during surgical procedures in the operating room.
You will function as a professional colleague with the perioperative team, collaborating with the patient-designated support person and other healthcare providers to make informed decisions and plan care.
Your role will involve delivering exceptional intraoperative patient care, performing nursing assessments, analyzing data, and identifying desired patient outcomes throughout the perioperative continuum.
To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing (RN) 2-5 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting Current RN license Certification as a Nurse OR (CNOR, preferred) Certified RN First Assist (preferred) In this role you will work 4, 10 hour DAY shifts (6:
30 am-4:
30 pm) with occasional on-call.
