Business Project Manager

Senior Business Project Manager Manage project activities via core project management methodology (PMI, Prince2, Agile SAFE or SCRUM), financial tracking and reporting (where required), project resource management, scope, plan and timeline development and maintenance.
Define and maintain the scope of the project in collaboration with project sponsor and business owners Create project artifacts and maintain files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders and functional leadership of the progress of the project Create and manage a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project and execute accordingly Provide regular review and updates of the plan via digital status reporting with project leadership Capture and manage project RAID items as defined by Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions (US definition) as well as project change requests Evaluate the project and make recommendations as appropriate, facilitating discussions to drive decisions.
Ensure quality of the project delivery and establish metrics to track PM performance as well as prove the business case benefit (KPI definition) Review the quality of the work completed against PMC methodology standards for project execution Create audit channel for project documents and artifacts according to PMC methodology Determine the objectives, measures and metrics based on the business case on which the project will be evaluated at its completion Maintain partnerships with procurement, key vendors, and vendor management teams to ensure contract compliance and vendor performance expectations are met throughout project execution and through to project completion Manage basic change activities as it is related to the project execution when there is no change manager assigned to the project team Manage change impact analysis/assessment activities and the application of that output to a training plan Develop effective communication plans leveraging existing platforms, communities and collaboration tools Build networks and stakeholder relationships to promote adoption of the tool or process Identify adoption metrics to ensure successful training and use of the tool on an ongoing basis Effectively manage conflict resolution and optimize team dynamics What type of background are you looking for? years of industry experience & 5
years of experience in a senior project manager role (PMP certification preferred) LEAN experience highly preferred Professional or expert level business project manager with considerable business acumen and ability to apply principles to facilitate the project execution Intermediate to expert level change management skills, knowledge and experience Intermediate to expert level business and collaboration tools experience (MS Teams, SharePoint, Web Ex, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) Basic to Intermediate level plan management tools experience (SmartSheet, MS Project, Aha!, Jira, ADO) Must haves - Soft Skills:
Intermediate to expert communications skills able to address multiple stakeholder levels and engage with various levels of audiences Be a forward thinker, taking initiative and self-motivated Solution based, leadership skills to creatively resolve issues and flexibility to see compromise Collaborate across stakeholders and other functional teams Navigate the business roles in an agile development framework Effectively lead and influence peers, operate in a matrix organization, third parties and leaders Preferred- technical skills:
SmartSheet / MS Project Power BI / Tableau SharePoint Microsoft Office products Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Auditing Certified Project Management Professional Change Management Cisco Web Ex Collaborative Softwares Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
