Key
Responsibilities:
Accurately manage and maintain financial records and bookkeeping tasks.
Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Prepare detailed reports based on data analysis and present findings to the director.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial and data handling regulations and best practices.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Manage and optimize the use of Zoho One CRM for data management and customer relationship tasks.
Implement and oversee CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and business processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in bookkeeping and data analysis.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Zoho One CRM.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and report data in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
