Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time to meet event and delivery dates.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, clients, overseas vendors, designers, accounting and shipping.
Being an expert at managing multiple tasks at one time is imperative.
The ultimate goal of the Product Coordinator is to deliver a quality product in complete and on time to the client by the event date while maintaining fabulous customer service.
The main function of the Product Coordinator is scheduling and coordinating the flow of work within or between client, salesperson, and art department while communicating with the manufacturing vendor to expedite production.
This requires constant, consistent review and updating of each order.
Establish priorities for specific customer orders, obtain necessary information and design details, revise the schedule according to purchase specifications, and production requirements.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Maintain detailed project updates, including timelines, design, pricing, production and client communication.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, vendors, design, and production, to ensure seamless execution of retail and promotional events.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all promotional materials and merchandise meet company standards and client expectations.
Design and Development:
Design and produce custom merchandise including bobbleheads, baseball caps, backpacks, various apparel and a variety of other miscellaneous products with domestic and international vendors.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:
Ideal but not required, minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management producing retail merchandise, preferably within the sports industry or a related field.
- Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, motivate team members, and foster a positive work environment.
