The Salary Range for this position is:
$48,000 - $60,000 Primary
Responsibilities:
Process paperwork associated with new life insurance, annuity, and investment accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, answering all queries about their accounts promptly and professionally.
Assist in the onboarding process of new clients and ensure they are fully informed and comfortable with our services.
Answer phones, email communications, scanning, copying files.
Oversee the organization and planning of events.
Help with other projects and responsibilities as needed.
Required
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
Capable of addressing small audiences Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
The start date for this position is planned for mid-April.
