Social Worker - Substance Use Recovery Program

9 AM - 5 PMHybrid Work from Home after training!Overview:
Mercy Virtual' s Substance Use Recovery Program is a one-of-a-kind telehealth, medication assisted treatment program embedded within the Mercy Health System.
We are a grass roots, niche program looking to add a self-starting, proficient social worker to the team.
The Social Worker, as part of the Virtual Substance Use Recovery Program, interacts with patients who are seeking treatment for their opioid use disorder.
The Social Worker will engage with patients in all phases of their recovery process though a collaborative care model requiring the ability to triage, diagnose, and treat.
In addition, the Social Worker provides a wide variety of intensive case management services.
Mercy's Substance Use Program is a novel program, and this role will serve on a small team of highly motivated, team-oriented professionals.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work Licensure:
Licensure current in Social WorkLicensed Master Social Worker(LMSW), in the state of employment and eligible for licensure in all states in Mercy Ministry.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in any of the following:
acute care hospital, behavioral health, and/or substance use treatment.
Adult experience preferred.
