CANNABIS ORDER PICKER AND DELIVERY DRIVER
Responsibilities:
The Order Picker and Delivery Driver will serve as the face of Doobie.
This role will make scheduled product deliveries directly to our customers.
The at the door Customer Experience requires customer service expertise, while following operational standards and procedures to complete the transaction.
This position will be based out of our partner location in Chesterfield, MO.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license.
Current auto insurance coverage.
Prior experience in customer service and delivery/driver roles.
Ability to work full-time from a designated cannabis dispensary.
Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
Strict adherence to state compliance rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Competency in managing multiple software systems.
Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Managing the entire order delivery fulfillment process, which includes:
Accepting and confirming orders.
Pulling products and preparing them for delivery.
Managing delivery manifests.
Routing and dispatching for deliveries.
Completing the last-mile delivery process Verifying customer ID and confirming orders at the door Processing payment confirmation Addressing customer queries regarding orders or product Additional duties as directed by dispensary management or Doobie management.
Additional Notes:
Training will be provided on product knowledge and compliance aspects.
