Financial Analyst - Shared Services

Responsible for reporting and analysis for AR, AP and Payroll working with department stakeholders to insure accurate and timely information including but not limited to working capital analysis, forecasting, performance measures and reserve calculations.
Manage banking reconciliations, borrowing base and other Shared Service reporting. Includes acting as liaison between Shared Services and Corporate and Divisional accounting as needed.
Manage all internal and external audit tasks including compiling requesting reporting and meeting with auditors to discuss various segments of the business.
Project work as needed
Identifies opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes throughout the organization.
Understands goals and objectives of prioritized projects, and works with the staff of various departments.
Contributes to the smooth running of Shared Services by performing other tasks as required.
Five or more years of previous work experience in a finance and/or credit environment.
Apparel and retail experience a plus.
Oracle or other financial systems experience.
Expert level in Excel, intermediate level in all other MS Office applications.
