The firm is a regional, full service law firm with roots throughout Derbyshire . The firm provides a suite of legal services, is ranked in the Legal 500 and houses a very well respected residential property department. The department is well structured with a sophisticated case management system and a fantastic support network in place.
Key responsibilities will include
Handling a caseload of residential property matters
Dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions
Advising on and handling new builds
Dealing with unregistered properties
Responding to legal enquiries
Handling exchanges and completions
Although not essential, it would be beneficial for residential conveyancers to have some experience handling:
Shared ownerships and stair casing matters
Leasehold flats
Auction sales and purchases
Properties in foreign jurisdictions
Experience dealing with and responding to complex enquiries madeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
