Oracle Developer needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO.
The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Oracle Development
- PL/SQL & SQl
- TOAD or SQL Navigator
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oracle development to maintain the integrity of production data across multiple integrated systems and supporting developers and testers during the application release process.
- Analyze scientific data, and design and implement Oracle SQL solutions for production data issues and release related issues.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, good problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least three (3) years experience in SQL development and tuning.
- Must have experience with Oracle 9i or later.
- Must be familiar with Oracle features and technologies.
- Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using Explain Plan and TKPROF.
- Experience using Toad or SQL Navigator.
