Billing Coordinator (Full Time)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
oPartners with cross-functional team members (Senior Management, Divisions, Client Services, and Finance to meet all company and designated account needs.
oInitiates activity generated by the Agreement and Launch Form to support defined program criteria.
oManaging accounts receivables as defined in the AR policy
oInvestigates and resolves customer queries.
oSuccessfully escalate all issues to include (but not limit): resolution payment from customer, Field Operations/Fulfillment resolution, negotiated settlement, retailer support, collection, legal, etc.
oGather relevant and up to date information on current and potential customers to analyze credit worthiness and identify risks to the company.
oDevelop and manage vendor relationships of professional services companies to include but not limited to collection agencies and credit insurance companies, etc.
oTracks trends, identifies opportunities, and provides quarterly professional reports internally to Division Presidents/CFO/CEO's.
oDevelops and recommends creative ideas for increasing efficiency and productivity in Accounts Receivable and Invoicing process.
oAligns resources to accomplish all objectives.
oAssists on other Company Accounts and/or Divisions during critical needs.
oOther duties as assigned to improve performance of self or others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS &
Experience:
oAssociate's degree in business, accounting, bookkeeping or mathematics strongly preferred; High School Diploma required
oThree years retail/merchandising/accounts receivable - general accounting and/or general office experience
oTwo years project management experience
oPrior experience working on a similar structured program preferred
oAbility to work without constant supervision
oMust have proven track record of a thorough knowledge base of the technology surrounding the category managing
oProven as a forward thinker and problem solver going 'above and beyond' the requirements of the position
oProven success with the following behaviors: Attention to detail and accuracy, organizational skills, time management, information management, and proficiency in multi-tasking
oProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
oKnowledge of office administration and general bookkeeping procedures is required
oKnowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements are a plus
