UFC Gym General Manager
UFC Gym GM will be a primarly membership sales position.
The ideal candidates will have excellent sales skills, able to handle multiple tasks, organized, and have working knowledge of the UFC and fitness principles. If you are a person that believes in fitness and enjoys helping people, then this is the right opportunity for you!
This is not a process paperwork position. We offer a unique product and service and we need a unique manager who has strong skills and experience in selling valued products and services.

Upgrading Members
Selling Personal Training
Merchandise sales
Creative local marketing and Referral Program
Professional customer service. Ensure maximum retention of members and work on various programs to harbor retention, renewals, and minimum amount of cancellations.
Requirements:
The individual must have current or existing experience working in a sales position.
Strong Membership sales experience is key.
The Sales Manager should possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to be a self starter.
The capacity to work with a team as well as independently is critical. They should also be competent at multi-tasking effectively.
