Global Predictive Analytics Data Scientist multiple openings for Chesterfield, MO to use advanced quantitative analysis, data mining techniques & business acumen to deliver insight & recommendations for product development business decisions; use machine learning, predictive analytics & optimization algorithms to solve complex problems involving tera/petabytes of data; design & test algorithms; conduct prototyping by leveraging computational & mathematical techniques to develop novel approaches for high-throughput data analyses; estimate spatiotemporal fields; present compelling, validated information to all levels of the organization, including scientific peers & senior management. Requires Ph.D. in Statistics, C.S., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Bioinformatics or closely-related field; 1 yr research experience using R or Matlab to develop mathematical models that encompass machine learning, optimization & spatiotemporal modeling; performing spatiotemporal modeling and/or analysis using real sensory data; developing & applying multi-agent optimization algorithms; developing feature extraction algorithms for multispectral images or time-series data; and communicating analyses & advanced algorithms to scientists. Must have at least one peer-reviewed, first author journal publication in spatiotemporal analysis, feature extraction or multi-objective optimization. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
