Our local Missouri American Family Insurance agents are currently looking for Sales Specialists to help support and take care of their customer's insurance needs.

As a sales specialist you'll have the unique opportunity to play an important role in people's lives - by protecting dreams.
You'll use consultative selling techniques to attract, retain and sell insurance products while working in a team environment and providing top notch customer service.
Your clients will rely on you for honest, trustworthy advice and in turn, you'll use your skills as a proactive problem-solver to create individualized insurance protection that meets their needs.
The sales specialist position comes with a base pay, plus bonus/commission potential.

Role Requirement:

  • Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities, and organize work.
  • Active involvement in the local community.
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.
    ).
  • Experience using a wide range of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers.
  • The ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Successfully obtain and maintain a property, casualty, life, and health license.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
