Position Overview:

The CenturyLink Marketing Analyst/Marketing Program Manager is responsible for helping the Global Business Segment drive marketing programs, creating actionable insights and leads for sales.
This position requires someone who is passionate about winning and delivering sales insight that directly impact the bottom line.
In this role the Marketing Analyst/Marketing Program Manager will rely on a variety of marketing competencies as well as cross functional team work to help drive Global Business sales and revenue forward.

Objectives:

  • Manage and execute marketing programs driving sales insights, leads and funnel
  • Work directly with marketing and sales teams to deliver sales insights on prospects and customers
  • Analyze data from a variety of sources to help inform sales on buying decision triggers
  • Track and report program success metrics and KPIs for marketing and sales consumption

Job
Responsibilities:

  • Compile relevant data and insights on CenturyLink global business prospects and customers
  • Analyze data and insights to create a comprehensive sales plan to win engagement with prospects and customers
  • Ability to turn insights into relevant messaging to key personas and lines of business within prospect and customer accounts
  • Apply innovative and creative marketing tactics to win engagement with prospects and customers
  • Manage program tactics and timelines to deliver timely execution
  • Work directly with sales, marketing communication and field marketing to communicate key learnings, metrics and action items
  • Work directly with CenturyLink vendors as it relates to marketing programs
  • Compile all marketing program metrics and reporting; including demand generation metrics & tactics, web analytics, lead tracking, campaign tracking, funnel / pipeline results.
  • Develop testing methodologies where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to develop feedback loops and process around marketing programs, tactics and insight gathering
  • Present marketing program updates to all levels of marketing and sales leadership on a regular basis
  • Understand and help drive social media strategy through marketing programs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline plus 2-4 years relevant experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time
  • Superior knowledge of Excel and ability to work with large sets of data
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
  • Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience
  • Must be a strong team player, with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Comfortable with change and ability to help out where objectives change within the team
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically
  • Project management skills
  • Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and have the proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
