System Administrator (Middleware)

Position Purpose:
Assist in the technical support of the Centene server environment and the application platforms residing on these servers
Respond to and resolve request, incident, and change tickets utilizing ServiceNow
Collaborate with senior members of the team to implement new technologies, platforms, applications, processes, or software guidelines
Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
Responsible for schedule, test, and implement enhancements or new releases
Monitor software and servers ensuring proper administration of software licensing and updates
Collaborate with senior/lead system engineers to understand and implement IT infrastructure designs and rollouts
Collaborate with the team to ensure daily deliverables are met, participate in daily standup meetings for workload distribution
Troubleshoot middleware and application platform issuesProvide operational and technical support to ensure the ongoing stability to the middleware and application platform environments. Assist with middleware technology implementations.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of Information Technology experience. Basic knowledge and administration skills with middleware or application platform technologies such as web and application servers. Experience with Apache Web Server, IIS, JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere, Jenkins, Subversion, Team Foundation Server preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
